Digital marketing specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist drives Elite Merit’s online visibility, lead generation, and brand presence through strategic campaigns, SEO, and content creation. This role requires creativity, performance-focused execution, and strong knowledge of digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Create and manage social media content to grow brand engagement and audience reach
- Improve SEO performance and organic search visibility
- Analyze campaign data to track results and recommend improvements
- Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversions
- Collaborate with sales and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (real estate preferred)
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and campaign performance tracking
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Performance indicators
- Number of qualified leads generated from digital channels
- Cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Website traffic growth and organic ranking improvements
- Social media engagement and follower growth
- Email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Timely delivery and execution of planned campaigns
Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (preferred)
- Professional licensing
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other digital platforms (advantageous)
- Experience
- Creative and strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
- Experience in Dubai’s real estate market is a plus
